Hiring a TC is a great middle ground between doing it all on your own and hiring a permanent employee. With a TC, there is no overhead because we charge per file. Also, we come fully trained and you don’t have to worry about things like payroll or offering benefits. You don’t have to use us for every deal if you feel like you have a particular transaction under control or find yourself in a slower season of your business. Many agents also like to use a TC in conjunction with their employee(s) because we can free up their time to help you with things like marketing and prospecting.
Each agent is assigned a dedicated TC and they will be the lead on all of your transactions. With one TC they can get familiar with your process and build a relationship as your Team Member. When your TC is on vacation or out sick, our systems allow for another TC to pick up and cover for them seamlessly. This way our team members get time away and we still have you covered!
We do have several agents that have added their TC to their marketing materials as part of their Team. This shows your clients that you have a team of experts on your side helping them get to closing as smoothly as possible.
Yes, as part of your team we will be in contact with your clients along the way as extra support. We are not taking your role as their Agent, we are there to facilitate and keep everyone on track. The agents we work with find this to be a huge benefit so their clients always have someone available for support, updates, reminders, scheduling, information, etc.
Rest assure, we only communicate with your client through email so that you can be CC’d on all communication.
